Xyte Showcases Next-Gen Edge and Agentic AI Capabilities at InfoComm 2025

Mountain View, California – June 24, 2025  – Xyte, developer of the first all-in-one cloud platform for device manufacturers and system integrators, delivered a standout performance at InfoComm 2025, showcasing its latest innovations in agentic AI and an MCP server, as well as unified device management and monitoring, including managing locally-connected devices..

At the show, Xyte unveiled its game-changing Connect+ Edge, which gives integrators and in-house AV/IT teams the ability to monitor and manage devices on local networks alongside their cloud-native devices through a single, intuitive interface.

“Connect+, with its new Edge capability, changes the game for enterprise IT teams and integrators,” said Omer Brookstein, CEO and cofounder of Xyte. “By unifying local and cloud-connected devices, we’re helping reduce downtime, prevent costly repairs, and address performance issues proactively across the enterprise, for all devices. We were thrilled to see how excited both integrators and in-house teams were to finally have this level of visibility and control in a unified platform.”

Xyte also demonstrated the power of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, enabling seamless collaboration between third-party AI agents from platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and OpenAI with physical AV devices.

“Our AI enablement tools - still being piloted - sparked serious buzz at InfoComm,” said Andrew Gross, VP of Sales at Xyte. “With this capability, integrators and AV/IT teams can leverage AI to troubleshoot, perform predictive maintenance, take corrective actions and much more, which will free up teams for more strategic work.”

Brookstein added, “By integrating AI agents into the AV landscape, we’re creating a future where devices can adapt and self-heal in real time. This is the beginning of a new era for the entire industry.”

In addition, Xyte showcased advanced in-product analytics dashboards designed to give MSPs, in-house AV teams, and manufacturers detailed, actionable insights—helping them optimize device performance, increase uptime, improve SLAs, and reduce business disruptions.

The buzz around Xyte’s innovations underscored a broader industry shift towards openness and integration, reinforced by Xyte’s role as a founding member of the OpenAV Cloud initiative.

“InfoComm 2025 was an incredible event for us, and it’s clear the AV industry is embracing the future of open, connected, and customer-first innovation,” Brookstein added. “The excitement we saw across the board – from integrators to end-users to manufacturers – reinforced our belief that this is the future of AV. Xyte is proud to be leading the way alongside some of the greatest brands in the industry.”
