1 Registered devices are devices that have registered with the server, received a unique device ID and access key, and can send telemetry data to the server.
2 The managed service providers (MSPs) portal allows for channel partners to centrally manage and support end users’ accounts.
3 Custom telemetry-based rules can be used to trigger incidents for end users based on telemetry messages received from devices.
4 Custom commands can be configured for device administration purposes.
5 Digital products are any subscriptions or services sold or enabled through Xyte’s platform. These include but are not limited to warranties, advanced features, and other custom offerings enabled by Xyte or the partner.
The non-Community plans include a monthly “credit” for digital products sales; for the Standard plan, for example, fees do not apply to the first $500 worth of sales. Fees are calculated on any sales over that amount, and the credit balance resets at the start of the month.
